RFQ Details

"Buy Blow Molding and Products
A US company is looking for a capable blow molder that can make both blow molds and blow molded products. The exact specs are pending, but the sizes are like the following:
Item name:
Golf Bag Travel Hard Case (blow molding and products)
Specs:
Height: 52 inch (130 CM), length: 13 inch (34 CM), width: 13 inch (34 CM).
Shape: see the images attached. The actual shape may vary.
Molding: Blow molding
Material: ABS
Requirements:
1. We want blow molded products. Therefore good candidate should be able to make blow molded products by itself, and at the same time can make blow mold tooling. Both are needed.
2. Good candidate itself should have rights to export molding and products directly to US.
3. Molding requires good communications, therefore good candidate should have good English capability both in written and oral English.
4. The interested company should send the following information:
a) Company introduction and contact information
b) Photos and illustrations on similar products as what we are looking for (at least the size should be similar)
c) Photos and illustrations on factory and blow molding workshop
d) The proof of rights to export molding and products
e) Proof of capabilities such as names of renowned customers and/or country names to which your company has exported
f) Please note all the information should be in English.
g) Please write in email answering if you meet with each of our requirements item by item.
